NightCalm is a wellness and relaxation tool. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The features within the app, including "Grounding Techniques," "Breathing Exercises," and "Reframes," are designed for self-help and emotional regulation. They are not a replacement for professional therapy or medication.
IF YOU ARE HAVING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, PLEASE CONTACT EMERGENCY SERVICES IMMEDIATELY. The "Lifeline" feature is a shortcut to dial numbers you save; it does not automatically contact authorities.
3. Data Storage & User Responsibility
NightCalm operates on a "Local-First" basis.
- Local Data: Your journal entries, mood logs, and emergency contacts are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit this personal data to any cloud server.
- Data Loss: Because we do not store your data, if you uninstall the app or lose your phone, your data will be permanently lost. Soltrix Studios cannot recover this data for you.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
NightCalm offers "Pro" subscriptions managed via Google Play.
- Payment: Charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Renewal: Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Management: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play Store Settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, including "Sleep Stories," "Soundscapes," and "Reframes," is the property of Soltrix Studios. You are granted a license for personal, non-commercial use only.
6. User Content & Safety
You acknowledge that "Dump Pad" journals are for private use. You agree not to use the app to store content that encourages illegal acts, self-harm, or violence.
