Digital Goods Policy • Effective Jan 2026
This agreement governs the purchase and use of digital assets, software licenses, and creative products within the Soltrix Studios ecosystem. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms of service and our licensing framework.
1. Digital Nature of Goods
All products listed in the Soltrix Digital Store are intangible, digital assets (software, code, audio, designs). By purchasing, you acknowledge that no physical product will be shipped to you.
2. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Once you have gained access to the product files, we cannot offer a return. Refunds are only considered in cases where the product file is proven to be corrupted or technically defective, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
3. Licensing & End User Agreement (EULA)
When you purchase an asset, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license. All Intellectual Property (IP) rights remain the property of Soltrix Studios.
- Commercial Use: You may use the asset in unlimited personal or commercial projects. Modification is permitted.
- Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or sub-license the source files. The asset cannot be used in a way that competes directly with Soltrix Studios (e.g., selling it on another marketplace).
4. Support & Updates
Products marked with "Lifetime Updates" will receive future versions at no extra cost. Support is provided via our Discord community or email for technical issues related to the files themselves. We do not provide tuition or consulting on how to use the assets (e.g., how to code in React).
