1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BaseArchiver (the "Service"), developed by Soltrix Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BaseArchiver is an extension for Airtable that automates the migration and archiving of records between Airtable bases based on user-defined configurations and schedules.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions and rights to migrate data between your selected Airtable bases.
• You are responsible for correctly configuring your archiving jobs. Soltrix Studios is not liable for data loss resulting from incorrect configuration (e.g., mapping fields incorrectly).
• You must maintain the security of your Airtable account.

4. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's billing terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soltrix Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of BaseArchiver.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page.
