Soltrix Studios ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the BaseArchiver Airtable extension and associated services (collectively, the "Service").

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide the Service:

• Airtable Account Information: To function, BaseArchiver requires authorization via Airtable OAuth. We store your Airtable user ID and securely encrypted OAuth access/refresh tokens.
• Configuration Metadata: We store the configuration settings you create for your archiving jobs (e.g., Base IDs, Table IDs, scheduling preferences, and record count thresholds).
• Operational Logs: We maintain basic logs of job execution (success/failure status, number of records processed) for debugging and system reliability.

3. Data We DO NOT Collect

We do not store your Airtable records. BaseArchiver acts as an automated conduit between your specified Airtable bases. The actual contents of your Airtable records (your data) are never permanently stored in our databases. They are processed in memory during the archiving job and immediately discarded.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record for all payments. When you purchase a subscription, your payment information is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not have access to your credit card details.

5. Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your metadata and OAuth tokens. All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS and encrypted at rest in our databases.
